What we collect when you visit cubixcode.in or get in touch, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
The short version
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your data for marketing.
- If you fill in our contact form, we use what you send only to reply to you and talk about your enquiry.
- Our visitor statistics are anonymous: we count which problems people open, not who opened them.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time — email info@cubixcode.com.
1. Who we are
This website is run by CubixCode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("CubixCode", "we", "us"), a software company based in Jaipur, India. We decide how the information described here is used, which makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and the "controller" under data protection laws such as the GDPR, if they apply to you).

2. What we collect
When you contact us
Our contact forms ask for:
| Information | Why |
|---|---|
| Name and work email (required) | So we know who you are and can reply. |
| Phone and company (optional) | If you'd rather we call, and to understand your context. |
| Your message (optional) | To understand what you need. |
| Your answers on the site | If you answered questions in one of the "roads" (for example, how many documents you handle, or which tools you use), those answers and the list of roads you opened are sent with your form so we can come to the first conversation prepared. |
With each form we also record the date and time, your browser type (the "user agent"), and a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address. We don't store the IP address itself; the code only lets us block spam and repeated automated submissions.
When you browse
- Anonymous usage counts. When someone opens one of the problems on the site, we record the event and the problem — for example "road opened: Paperwork" — with a timestamp. Nothing that identifies you is stored with it.
- Answers in your browser. Answers you give in the roads are kept in your own browser's session storage so they survive moving between pages. They stay on your device, are not sent to us unless you submit a contact form, and are cleared when you close the tab.
- Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider's servers automatically log technical details of requests (such as IP address, pages requested and browser type) to keep the service running and secure. These logs are kept by the host for a limited period and are not used by us to identify visitors.
Cookies
The public website does not set cookies. A single essential cookie is used only on our staff login pages, to keep our team signed in.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and follow up on it — including preparing proposals or estimates you ask for.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam.
- To understand, in aggregate, which problems visitors care about, so we can improve the site.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, we don't add you to a newsletter, and we don't make automated decisions about you.
Our basis for using it. When you submit a form, you are choosing to give us this information so we can respond — that is your consent for this purpose, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. If laws such as the GDPR apply to you, we rely on taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and on our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries and keeping the site secure.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your information or share it for others' marketing. It is handled only by our own team and by service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Website hosting — our site and contact records are stored with our web hosting provider. Its servers may be located outside India.
- Email — new enquiries are emailed to our team, and we reply by email, through our email provider.
- Google Fonts — the site loads its typefaces from Google's servers, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address with it. See Google's privacy policy.
- Scheduling — if you choose to book a call through a scheduling link on our site, the booking is handled by that scheduling service under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a legal claim.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we have context if you come back to us. If you become a client, records related to our work together are kept as long as our contract and legal record-keeping obligations require. Anonymous usage counts may be kept indefinitely because they don't identify anyone. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
6. How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Contact records are stored in a database that is not publicly reachable, and they can only be viewed by our staff through password-protected accounts. IP addresses are stored only as one-way codes. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your information happens we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, or stop using it (withdrawing your consent);
- name someone who may exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
Email info@cubixcode.com from the address you used with us, or tell us how we can confirm it's you. We'll respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Grievances. If you are unhappy with how we've handled your information, write to us at the same address with "Privacy grievance" in the subject and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India (or, if you are in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority).
8. Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only cubixcode.in.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on the site.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy or your information: info@cubixcode.com, or write to us at the address in section 1.
