The ground rules for using this website. They're short, and written to be read.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.cubixcode.in (the "site"), run by CubixCode Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Flat 676, Block 19, Rangoli Gardens, Maharana Pratap Rd, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302034, India ("CubixCode", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information on this site

The site describes our services and how we approach problems. To make that concrete, it uses illustrative scenarios: example companies, documents, dashboards, figures, timelines and calculator results. These are simplified examples created for the site. They are not records of real clients, and they are not a quote, a guarantee of results or professional advice for your situation.

Estimates the site shows — for example, hours saved or typical engagement lengths — depend on the answers you give and on assumptions we have simplified. A real estimate needs a real conversation. We try to keep everything accurate and current, but we don't guarantee that the site is complete, error-free or always available.

3. Working with us

Contacting us through the site does not create a contract or a client relationship. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement) signed by both of us. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

4. Our content

The site's text, design, illustrations, animations, code and the CubixCode name and cube logo belong to CubixCode or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish its content or design, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site (for example, of software tools) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or context.

5. Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or our staff systems;
• interfere with the site's operation, for example by overloading it, or by introducing malware;
• scrape or harvest the site or its contact details in bulk, or use automated tools to submit forms;
• send content through our forms that is unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share;
• impersonate someone else when contacting us.

If you find a security issue, please tell us at info@cubixcode.com rather than exploiting it — we'll appreciate it.

6. What you send us

When you contact us, you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. Please don't send confidential material through the website forms; if we need it, we'll agree a confidentiality arrangement and a secure way to share it. 7. Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites and services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is" and free of charge. We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
